You are invited to submit a proposal for consideration for the 24th Annual State Conference on Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders set
for May 2-4, 2010. Sponsored annually by the Alzheimer's Association Wisconsin Chapter Network, the state conference attracts nearly 900
professional and family caregivers from across Wisconsin and the Midwest.

The deadline for proposal submission is Friday, October 23, 2009. Notification will be made by December 1. All accepted speakers
will receive a registration waiver to attend the three-day conference in May, 2010.
